Now, more than ever, are we living in a time for leaders to rise up and lead. Now more than ever are we looking towards those in a leadership position to make decisions. Not right or wrong decisions - decisions.

Presidents need to act presidential.

Pastors need to act pastoral.

CEO's need to be transparent in their vision of the future.

There are so many disruptors out there posing as followers. They are not followers. They are disruptors only looking to add to the chaos.

Leaders, ignore them and lead...for we are ready to follow.
