When you watch sports, you may hear the announcer say something like, "the ceiling of this player is so high."  Even though all men are created equal, not all men have the same ceiling. 

A ceiling is a way of comparing players who aren't in their prime and where they are projected to end their sports career. 

It's the same way in the game of life. We are all created equal, however, there are others that may be more talented than you in what they do. That's why it's so important to align your activities with what you were created to do.
