Another Fatal Shooting

An Atlanta Police Officer shot an unarmed man, in the back, as he was running from a Wendy’s parking lot. This is unacceptable and a governing body needs to review the type of training they go through. Who trains them to shoot an unarmed run while they are running away? Why can’t they let the man run? They have his car already!
