Jon Gruden is, er, was the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders and resigned last week due to the context of his emails and how he feels about the direction of the NFL and players associated with it.  Aside from his opinion on the NFL's push for an agenda, people have come out sharing their experience of how poorly Gruden treated them.  This is greater than the race conversation, this is about how you treat others who have different beliefs or philosophies than you. 

For those who think that Jon Gruden is an outlier, he is not. There is a lot that goes on in the football culture that feeds into poor mental health for our young people.  Leaders in youth football look for the dirt in their players and they point out the dirt in their players.
