How often does someone tell you, "yeah, I'm in! Send me the paperwork and I'll get it signed right away."

Then you never hear from them.

You've been ghosted.

How often do you tell yourself, "yeah, I'm in! I'm going to get up earlier or I'm going to eat better or I'm going to start working out."

And you never do any of those things.

You've ghosted yourself.

In all that we do, we must be people of our word. If we say something we must do everything in our power to follow through.
