As a leader, do you lead your team out of fear? Here is what I mean by this, is there something you want to do with your team that you aren’t doing for fear of their backlash? Or perhaps some of them may even quit.

That can get tricky. What I would encourage you on is to believe in your vision and lead from a position of strength and confidence in your vision.

I have the privilege to coach leaders at a company and sometimes reminding them of their role and authority helps them stand firm in their original thought. This isn’t about ignoring feedback from your team; on the contrary; this is about knowing the needs of the team and staying true to the originally established vision.
