"I Understand and Disagree"

"You need to start listening" is the rally cry in today's society. What I've found amongst this rally cry is when someone disagrees with another person the other person claims they were never listening in the first place.

We must ALL LISTEN. We would be advised to ALL UNDERSTAND. What we are not required to do is ALL AGREE.
