If you are in leadership have you come across someone who is insubordinate to your requests? Could it be they are focusing on a perspective and can't lift their head enough to see how you are leading them?  My suggestion to you is let them be wrong before you give your rebuttal. As a leader, you need to lead, however, if you jump all over them when you know they are wrong, they don't think you are listening to them. Even though they are wrong, pause before you show them the error in their ways. Let them be wrong.
