This year I was ready to write, produce, and film my movie "So Happy Inside."  We are embarking on May of 2022 so why haven't I done it yet? The reason I haven't done it yet is because it isn't the fastest way to fulfilling the plan that has been set before me. 
When you realize the plan that is set before you, you can prioritize your actions properly which will result in a feeling of fulfillment. Feelings of fulfillment is an empowering feeling because you know you are doing what you were born to do.

Last night we won our first basketball game and I didn't coach them to victory. You see it was the last game of the season, we hadn't won a game yet, and winning or losing last night didn't impact our seeding in the play in game. So I told my assistant coach that he would be the head coach for the game. I would be his assistant. 
He coached the team to victory.  :) 
Humbling? Yes. However the feeling of watching someone else be successful with your program is something that is second to none. Try it. Give someone the opportunity to do what you do.

Last night the Atlanta Hawks were eliminated from the playoffs by the Miami Heat.  Hawks star Trae Young struggled once again. As I watched I noticed he and his teammates weren't getting the calls the Miami Heat were. Fouls to the head and shoulder area weren't called yet when Miami drove to the hoop they were getting calls for the same action. 
In my opinion this goes back to how officials treat players based on how players treat the officials. Trae Young chirps at the officials on the court and they don't give him the calls they would another star. Coincidence? I think not. 
It's time we all wake up and realize that how you treat others matters.

There was one thing that stood out to me after reading the book, Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson. Yes; only one thing and it was a good one.  Jobs knew how to focus. Deciding what NOT to do is as important as deciding what to do. 
Let that sink in my peoples.
